Yes, only men would understand this photo. Jeff and Goldie are duck hunters, and Jeff is playing duck hunting with Gunner these days. Gunner has an old duck call to play with (annoy his mother with in the house.....it's so LOUD!)
So, Monday afternoon AFTER Jeff had been watching the boys and I was busy doing my things, what did I find as I entered Brandon's room? (see photo) Voila, the duck call is stuck to the door handle. Only a 4 year old would think to do this. Today is Friday, and I have still not removed it. What's the harm? Also, this same duck call was used by Brandon as a chew toy earlier - it is not an infant toy - but he seems to have enjoyed the manly toy anyway. By the way, his shirt says "My Dad Rules". I guess fathers and their boys just have certain special bonds that mothers don't understand!!
PS - THANKS TO ALL WHO ARE WRITING REGARDING PRAYERS FOR BRANDON. WE ARE NOT OVERLY ANXIOUS OR WORRIED AT THIS POINT SINCE WE DON'T KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TO EXPECT. I HOPE TO POST THE DIAGNOSIS FROM THE NEUROLOGIST BY MONDAY NIGHT.
